The project is located in Beijing Chang'an Automobile Company, No. 83, Pu'an Road, Doudian Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. The service scale is 300000 m2, covering an area of 910000 m2, and the service period is one year: March 29, 2021 to March 30, 2022.

Service content: the production / installation / maintenance / repair of plant buildings, structures, factory equipment, facilities and tooling estimated by Beijing Chang'an Automobile Company that the single construction cost is less than 30000 yuan (excluding 30000 yuan), including but not limited to foundation and foundation construction, earthwork construction, structural engineering construction, roof engineering construction, interior and exterior decoration of the house, Water supply and drainage dredging and maintenance, rainwater and sewage pipeline / tube well maintenance, heating, water supply and air conditioning pipeline / facility maintenance, ventilation, lighting, weak current equipment and facility installation and maintenance, etc. The specific maintenance contents shall be subject to the maintenance application form of each maintenance item provided by Beijing Chang'an manufacturing engineering department.

This project is a maintenance project with a long service cycle. In order to fully cooperate and provide services, after winning the bid, our company dispatched and organized one technical director and four fully skilled construction workers to stay on the site for a long time to cooperate with the construction, which provided strong logistical support for workshop production and formed a good long-term cooperative relationship with the owner.
